Meet Our Nurse Practioners

We regret that Stephanie Jeffrey has accepted a position at Virginia Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Asthma effective March 21, 2008. This change has caused significant delays in patient appointments and we request your patience during the month of April, while we reorganize to ensure continuity of care for her established patients. Stephanie R. Jeffrey, RN, MSN, FNP, PNP began practice with Advanced Otolaryngology in May 2002. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1992 at the Medical College of Virginia, where she later opened the outpatient bone marrow transplant center. She was a part-time instructor at J. Sargent Reynolds Community College for four years. She now works part-time at the Asthma, Allergy and Sinus Center of Central Virginia.

She received her master's degree at the University of Virginia in May, 2001 and continued for an additional year, to become dual-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Since that time, she has limited her practice exclusively to the medical management of ear, nose and throat disorders. She is a member of the Society of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Nurses, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.
